Question about different covers for different countries

[Does] anyone know anything about the aesthetics of different countries in book cover design? There are so many famous books that have been translated to different countries each one with a new cover. Is very interesting to see the different visual languages that the designers use in each case to describe the same book. Through this search I’m willing to find if they are any connections between the style that each designer uses and the country that the book is been translated.

For research in a master’s degree in book design. Interesting indeed…! Thanks for helping.
