You know, I recall looking at Spiekermann’s entry about Futura a few months back, and this reminds me of what bugged me about it then: His Adobe example is not even remotely like what Adobe’s Futura looks like. I can’t figure out what weight of what version he’s taken his top example from, but it’s certainly not the Futura I have. It kind of undercuts his argument, though I’m sure it’s easily explained—maybe I have a later revision?
