The first one is far and away my favorite, by the way. Well done.
I like the tone of the second one, but it might look a little flimsy at the edges of a paperback without a border. Also I think the verticals line up too much in the words ‘Helen Fielding’ - it’s distracting and maybe gimmicky. The first one has a nice humor to it, but feels too generic somehow. Just my two cents.
